Published obituaries are retained indefinitely by default, as they serve as a permanent memorial. This is a feature, not a limitation—we believe loved ones should be remembered forever.
4.2 Account Information
We retain account information for as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time (see Section 7).
4.3 Payment Records
We retain transaction records for 7 years as required for tax and accounting purposes.
4.4 Server Logs
Technical logs are retained for 90 days for security and troubleshooting purposes.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information:

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
